The SmoothRider Welsh Mountain Mastery Tour is a three-day motorcycle experience designed for riders who want more than just a route to follow.

Based from Shrewsbury, we will explore the spectacular roads of Mid and North Wales, returning to Shrewsbury each day. Every route has been carefully selected to provide the perfect balance of great riding, incredible scenery and opportunities to develop your skills.

Day 1 – The Cambrian Mountains & Elan Valley
The Road Less Travelled
Our opening day takes us deep into the heart of Mid Wales, exploring some of the most rewarding motorcycle roads in the country.
We ride through stunning landscapes including Lake Vyrnwy, the Cambrian Mountains and the world-famous Elan Valley, using roads that reward smooth inputs, good observation and thoughtful riding.
This is a day about settling into the experience, understanding how the bike responds beneath you and developing the confidence to ride unfamiliar roads smoothly.

Day 3 – Wild West Wales Adventure
Remote Roads and Unforgettable Views
Our final day takes us into the quieter side of Wales, where empty roads, dramatic scenery and flowing corners create the perfect motorcycle experience.
This is a day to put everything together — combining observation, smoothness and confidence as we enjoy some of Wales' most rewarding riding.

Day 2 – Snowdonia & The Iconic North Wales Roads
The Mountain Challenge
North Wales is famous among motorcyclists for good reason.
On day two we head towards Snowdonia and some of the most recognised riding roads in the country, including mountain passes, sweeping valleys and the legendary Evo Triangle.
The focus is not on riding faster. It is on riding better.
You will develop your ability to read the road ahead, manage changing conditions and make confident decisions on roads you may never have ridden before.
