A commentary Ride
Nothing tells you how well you are riding by giving yourself a good talking to. By that I mean going out on a ride an doing a live commentary to yourself as you ride.
This process will see how much you are seeing and what you are reacting to and in fact what you may be missing. Even better if you have the ability to record the ride and review it later.
You may surprise yourself, hopefully you wont scare yourself. Whatever the case its going to be a learning experience.
