Are SmoothRider tours suitable for all motorcycles?

Yes. Our tours are suitable for most road motorcycles including adventure bikes, sports tourers, naked bikes and touring motorcycles.

Are these fast motorcycle tours?

No. SmoothRider tours focus on smooth, safe and enjoyable riding rather than speed.

Do I need advanced riding qualifications?

No formal qualification is required, but riders should hold a full motorcycle licence and be comfortable riding independently.

How many riders are in each group?

To maintain quality and provide a personal experience, groups are kept small. The Maximum group size is 6

Are there rules for the group?

All bikes and riders must be legal and compliant. At the start of the tour SmoothRider will clearly state the group rules. This is for the safety and enjoyment of everybody.

Do I have to Stay in the group?

If you want to have mentoring you will need to stay with the SmoothRider Outrider. However you will have a supplied GPX and route details so you are able to ride by yourself.
